Oregon

We traveled to Oregon for Kensi to meet her great-grandma Grayce! It was great to be with the Wolfe family and to spend time together.

Crazy Driver

Kensi got a new Learn & Discover Driver toy. I think that she'll be a crazy driver like her dad (and me).

Easter and Texas

Wow, I'm behind in posting pictures! Kensingtyn and I had a fabulous time in Texas for Easter. She got to meet her great-grandparents for the first time!

Cherry Blossoms

We spent April Fool's day with all the strollers and spring breakers at the Tidal Basin. Today was the peak of the blooms and they were gorgeous!

It was Ginger's idea to take our little ones for a stroll and see the beautiful cherry blossoms downtown. She is on maternity leave too and her little boy Cohen is three weeks older than Kensingtyn.

Picnic under the trees.
Ty has been doing his daily runs downtown and he was able to meet up with us for a little while. This would be the perfect family picture if 1- Kensi was actually looking at the camera, and 2- Ty was not a sweaty mess! We were just happy that he got to see us mid-day. It was a nice treat!

Easter Bunny Visit

We went to the mall to see the Easter bunny. I was so proud of myself for getting us dressed and there at 9:45am before the mall opened...but as soon as we got to area there was no bunny in site. Who knew the Easter bunny likes to sleep in until 11am?!

The New Grandparents

Grandpa and Grandma Wolfe came to visit Miss Kensi! We spend some quality time at the house and celebrated Ty's birthday while they were here. We also made it to the National Archives for a visit where we saw the US Constitution, Declaration of Independence and Magna Carta!

Kirsten's First Snow!

My best friend Kirsten came out to visit and she met Kensingtyn for the first time. During her stay she got to see it snow for the first time and we headed outside for a little fun-in-the-snow!

Blizzard Aftermath

We survived the "blizzard" of 2010! They still haven't plowed our street yet so we can't go anywhere...but Ty and I took turns shoveling our driveway just to get out of the house.

Two weeks old!

Tomorrow Miss Kensi will turn two weeks old. I can't tell you how fast the time has gone. A great big thank you to GranJan for staying with us and helping us through the first days home...we're going to miss her when she leaves Thursday!

Friday Updates

I am going home today, but Kensi has to stay at least one more night. I really won't be going home for long as I need to be here at the hospital every 2-3 hours to feed her and between those times she will stay under the sun tan bed so that her jaundice gets better.

Here's a little video of her this morning!
